Yes. A student can add the eligible courses after registration. They can log on with the same credentials and select the multiple courses they are interested in.
Merit scholarships are offered in all the programmes to provide financial benefit to merit and deserving students. There are three categories of scholarships - Merit scholarships to all deserving students, sports scholarships to sports athletes, Loyalty scholarships to the fraternity of GITAM. The eligibility criterion varies from program to program. One can verify the Eligibility by following the below procedure - (a)Visit https://gat.gitam.edu, (b)Select the respective course & Click on Eligibility and test Pattern to check the eligibility of the test.
You need to send information from your registered email ID to gat@gitam.edu explaining the corrections/details. Don’t forget to mention your application ID and registered Mobile, or you can call us at 8880884000. The change of Email ID is not entertained under any circumstances.
No, but you can still get a scholarship based on your performance in GAT or other competitive tests as mentioned in the framework of the scholarship of GITAM; for details, visit the Scholarships Page.

There is no negative scoring.
The medium of instruction is English.
One student can appear only once for each course and only for one phase. GITAM will not provide Re-appearing students with credentials by considering it an unfair practice of duplicate application, which will be filtered at several stages of our admissions process, starting with using the registered email twice to many other parameters.

The admission process is entirely online, and applicants are not required to visit physically anywhere. Visit https://apply.gitam.edu to initiate your online admission process. GITAM has also undertaken the conduct of remotely proctored online GAT from home and remote video Interviews for admission depending upon requirement as per program eligibility.
Students need to pay Semester Fee / Year Fee and Rs 3000/- Non-refundable Counselling Fee.
Please transfer the prescribed fee amount to the A/C details as mentioned in your call letter. Please note that The Account Number is integrated with the student’s Application Number. GITAM is not liable for the payment/refund of that amount. Don’t forward your Account information to the other students for their payment. A student shall make RTGS/NEFT transfer only through banks or online banking portals by adding as a beneficiary account, but ADDING THE ACCOUNT NUMBER MENTIONED IN CALL LETTER TO PAYTM OR PHONEPE OR OTHER SIMILAR DIGITAL PLATFORMS is not possible.

The list of documents required shall be listed on the provisional allotment order after completion of the process of Provisional admission (after fee payment). The listed documents shall be uploaded on the student’s admission portal. The document upload option is visible only to the students who pay either semester/yearly fee.
It is recommended to fill in all fields mentioned in the application form, but you may only fill the mandatory fields marked as (*) to submit your admission application.
It is not mandatory for the students to reside in the Hostels. Those desirous of staying outside under their own arrangements shall reside outside the campus too.
