Yes, you can change your branch of study. Based on seat availability, the branch of choice will be allocated upon the payment of the fee within 48 hours of applying for a branch change.

You can cancel your admission through the portal as per the cancellation guidelines given by the statutory authorities. The fee amount (if any) will be refunded as per the refund policy.

This is a preparatory class, ahead of stepping into the University. It is applicable for all courses across all the campuses.

It is advisable to make the fee payment before the commencement of induction classes or during the G-Registration process.

You will be notified of the dates for uploading the e-copy of your certificates in the portal. You will be required to provide the actual certificates for verification, at the time of reporting to the college for offline classes.

Students will be notified before the allotment of hostel rooms.

Students will be informed before the commencement of classes.

After G-Registration, students will get GITAM email id & password to his/her registered mobile number/email. Using these credentials they may join the induction classes conducted through the online platform.


Requisite for attending online classes:
  • Laptop/Desktop/Tablet/ Mobile with good internet connection and a webcam or front camera
  • Course-related books and syllabus will be shared by your respective faculties after the commencement of classes
  • Time table for your classes will be shared in due course
